ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender—an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and building genuine connections with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I’m a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create that same balance and sense of belonging within our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
