ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic sales professional interested in helping customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams through meaningful conversations. 
 
As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position.

Note: This is not a remote/hybrid role. This is an "in office" role located in Lake Forest, CA (92630).

  • Guaranteed Base starting at $50,000 
  • Generous Commission & Bonus Structure, with OTE $70,000 - $80,000 in year one

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop in-bound leads from inception of interest to closing the sale using proven systems and processes. 
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet business development goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Required: Able to commute to the office daily (M-F) 
  • Required: CA Property and Casualty License and experience
  • Recommended: CA Life/Health License and experience

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
