- Base & Commission OTE starting at $52,000
- Generous Commission & Bonus Structure, with OTE $65,000 - $70,000 in year one
- Potential to earn $75,000 - $92,000 by year two.

BUILD A CAREER By joining the team at Bradley Purcell’s State Farm Agency, not only will you utilize your Property & Casualty Insurance License, but you will develop a mastery in sales to support your personal and professional goals. We use intentional goal setting, practice, and team building to establish successful habits for both your career and life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop in-bound leads from inception of interest to closing the sale using proven systems and processes.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet business development goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: Able to commute to the office
- Required: CA and/or AZ Property and Casualty License prior to start date
- Preferred: Prior CA and/or AZ Insurance sales experience

This is a remote position.
Compensación: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
