Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic professional interested in helping customers manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams through meaningful conversations. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and compassion equip you for this versatile position.
This is a customer care position; your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience for our existing customers. This is not a sales role.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Base Pay of $40,000 - $75,000 annually.
- Potential to earn $75,000 - $92,000 by year two.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster customer relationships including follow up with customers and anticipating their needs
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Property & Casualty & Life & Health Insurance License Required
- Work with the agent to establish and meet agency goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: Able to commute to the office
- Required: Obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License prior to start date
- Preferred: Customer Care experience
